How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the eligible items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
How do I exchange?
- We are unable to place items on hold for exchanges. If you'd like to exchange for a different size, we recommend ordering your size online and you'll receive a refund to original form of payment once the return is received. Please include a note in your return notifying us of an exchange and the order number from the new purchase.
- If you believe you received a defective item, photos must be sent within 3 days of receiving the item.
What items are returnable?
You can return eligible items for store credit within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged apparel items with original tags attached.
What items are not returnable?
- Jewelry, Accessories, Intimate Apparel, Home Goods, Face Masks, Sale Items, Promotional Items, Boys Lie Limited Edition Apparel, Made to Order Printed Items, Bird Bee Limited Edition Merch.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. We do not offer return labels.
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
- If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed via e-gift card.
- We do not offer refunds.
