COVID-19 Update

Hi there!

 

We hope you are all doing your best to stay healthy and sane during this crazy time! Since we do not know when we will be able to open our doors again, we'd like to update you on our operations and steps we are taking for the safety of our customers, along with details on Curbside Pick Up.

 

 

-All U.S. orders are shipping free at this time.

*Face masks ship free when purchased in quantities of 2+ or when paired with an apparel/accessory/shoe purchase.

We are currently unable to ship to Canada. 

-We only have one person working to fulfill and ship orders, so we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same or next business day but we are shipping as quickly as possible.

-All shipping supplies are being disinfected after each use and gloves being worn while packaging. We recommend to wipe down the outside of your package prior to opening it for extra safety.

-There may be shipping delays due to USPS & UPS. Once the package is scanned in at USPS or UPS, we have no way of knowing when your package will arrive, all we have is the tracking number. Both services have been experiencing some delays, but all packages are still arriving. 

 

CURBSIDE PICK UP

At checkout, you will have two options: Shipping or Pick Up. *Please select Pick Up prior to submitting your payment information in order to have a pick up option*

Hours will vary weekly. Please check our instagram for our most updated hours. If you're not available during any of our open curbside hours, please email hello@shopbirdbee.com to coordinate a time that works for you. 

Please wait for an email from us letting you know your order is ready for pick up. We will include our hours for pick up when we contact you. *When you select curbside pick up, you will not be able to switch to shipping later*

When you arrive to the store to pick up, you can either call the store at 313-315-3070 and let us know your name and we can bring to your car/meet you at the door with your items.

-Our return policy is remaining the same at this time however the return window has been extended from 14 to 21 days. Any exchanges or returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receiving your item. If you'd like to bring your return to the store rather than shipping, please email us hello@shopbirdbee.com and we will coordinate.

-We are available to answer questions or concerns via email only (no phone calls or DM's) from the hours of 10am-7pm. Please contact hello@shopbirdbee.com.
