How Do I Know If My Order Went Through?

After your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address entered at checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder if you aren't seeing it right away! You will also receive an email when the order has shipped, when it is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.

Will You Be Getting More of These?

We restock our best sellers based on availability and popularity. Select items are not restocked. To be notified if an item becomes available again, visit the product page and you will see a link to sign up for a restock notification.

When Do You Get New Shipments?

 

We receive new shipments a few times a week. There are always new items trickling into the store and the website.

Can I Put This On Hold?

Due to fast moving inventory and limited quantities, we do not offer holds.

When Will My Pick-Up Order Be Ready?

If you select in-store pick up, you will receive an email when it is ready. Most items will be available to pick up within 1-2 hours. Certain items are not on site, therefore, they will be ready to pick up in 1-2 business days. Please email us if you'd like to confirm how quickly it will be ready prior to ordering if your situation is time sensitive to avoid any disappointments. Orders will not be available to pick up on Mondays or Tuesdays, only on days we are open.

Can I Get a Refund for My Purchase?

Can I Cancel My Order After I Place It?

No cancellations are accepted at this time. If you need to return an item for store credit, you can do so after it is received.

Do You Offer Worldwide Shipping?

At this time, we are shipping throughout the continental U.S. and Canada (upon request). For Canadian shipping please email hello@shopbirdbee.com with subject line "Canadian Shipping Request." Shipping fees for Canada start at $20 and will be based on package weight.
