Returns

Thank you for shopping at our small business!  If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order.  After this 15 day period, the items become final sale. We do not issue refunds.

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Items that smell, are covered in pet hair or deodorant are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and email you an e-gift card. Once you receive the gift card, you can use it for any future online purchase at shopbirdbee.com.

Unfortunately, due to high demand and limited inventory, we cannot put items on hold. We recommend purchasing the item you wish to exchange for and when your return is received, we will refund you for the total amount of the return to your original payment type. If you plan to purchase a new size and be refunded later, please notify us at hello@shopbirdbee.com

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to shipping, however, we know that sometimes things may get overlooked. If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date and include photos, otherwise, it will be considered wear and tear and not eligible for return. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing. No exceptions will be made.  
           HOLIDAY RETURNS
    Eligible online orders placed between November 24th-December 21st will have an extended period to return. All returns must be received by January 8th in order to be accepted. Thank you!
     
    Returns mailed in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to the shipping and handling fees for us to send the items back to you.
