POLICY: We do not issue refunds, however we will accept items eligible for online store credit/exchange when received within two weeks of in person purchase or date of mail delivery. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days and must have been previously approved (via email), tags must be attached, and clothing in new, unworn or unaltered condition (this includes make-up & deodorant stains from trying merchandise on). Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at shopbirdbee.com. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot put items on hold for use with store credit. Item must be purchased online with store credit code.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All shoes, accessories (bags, jewelry, intimates, bralettes) and sale/discounted items.
- All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance.

Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to the shipping and handling fees for us to send the items back to you.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date or date of in-person purchase and include a photo, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. An item that is ruined in the washing machine or ripped after wearing is not eligible for return and is not considered defective. No exceptions.
