Shipping



 

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 up to $99.99 and FREE with orders of $100+
    We will always try and keep shipping prices as low as possible, but as rates continue to increase, shipping costs may rise. We ship within the United States only.

  • Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days or sooner depending on location. Please note, these are estimated shipping timeframes and delays may occur especially when we are running a sale or during the holiday season. Most orders are shipped same or next day.

 

  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder prior to reaching out to us about not receiving an email as they do go out automatically!

 

  • Please note that orders will not be shipped on any days that USPS or UPS does not operate.

 

  • Expedited shipping is available for extra cost and upon request. Please contact us at hello@shopbirdbee.com prior to placing your order if you would like a faster shipping option. Please do this in advance rather than emailing us after an order has been placed! We will try to respond as quickly as we can.

     

    • Bird Bee is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If you believe there is an issue with the delivery or you have questions about tracking, we are not responsible for contacting USPS or UPS.Â
