Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days, however most orders are shipped same or next day.

What if my package gets lost by the carrier?

Bird Bee is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper. No refunds will be submitted for lost or stolen packages.

Return Shipping

There is a $5.95 flat rate fee for return shipping that will be deducted from your store credit.
